She doesn’t get to enforce that. If she gets paid royalties and a campaign has paid the usage fee. Tough luck Adele.

Steppenwolf..
The Pusher? That was from their GREAT album!
Or Iron Butterfly's "In a Gadda Da Vida" which was SUPPOSED to be "In the Garden of Eden" but they were TOO STONED to say it properly. LOL

Does she actually own the rights to her songs?
Most musicians don't, they are owned by the big production companies. If Trump has received (or purchased) the right to use her songs from the production company (which would be quit easy for him or his companies to do), nothing she say actually matters legal wise.

“I usually steer clear of people with one name.”
Funny with your handle given that Mr. Limbaugh these days is best known by only one name.

Ted Nugent and his ten Motown Digits of Doom could pen an AWESOME tune that would totally rock!
Uncle Ted could also create a terrific song for his namesake, Ted Cruz, as well. Talk about a win-win-win.

I believe once it’s out in the public anyone can use it as long as they pay BMI.

Well Adele, I’m just going to have to delete that one good song of yours which I downloaded illegally.

Didn’t Kid Rock endorse Trump? Why not use one of his songs?

Neil Young joins Susan Sarandon and other noted political stalwarts in endorsing an avowed socialist for president.
Perhaps they can both demonstrate their commitment to Bernie's political philosophy by signing over 90% of their assets to the IRS.
I'm sure the feds would gladly accept it.

Exactly. No biggie. Trump will find some other music to use.
To: dfwgator
That is what her statement said.
"Adele has not given permission for her music to be used for any political campaigning,"
