No it’s very precarious. The GOPe plan for months now was to elevate someone to stop Trump’s momentum so they could do a bait and switch with Rubio. Always. You’ll see if this gets too whacky (I.e., if Trump loses, say, SC). The GOPe will never allow Cruz to be the nominee.
I think our biggest obstacle to defeat the establishment is that everyone turns to mainstream media in the end. Towards the actual vote curiosity wins out and we’re inundated with their Alinsky tactics.

After tonight, there’s a certain amount of such conventional wisdom delivered with a big dose of table-pounding hubris that I’ll be choosing to ignore.
