I don’t think so. It’s made in Breckenridge, Colorado.
We just moved to CO from Texas and it was recommended. It’s pretty good!
I did some googling, from a web site put out by Breckinridge, Colorado it appears that the town was named after the Confederate Secretary of War, I got it wrong I thought he was their Vice President.
