A search shows that nobody's opened up a live thread for tonight's caucuses. So here goes.
Predictions? For both the GOP and Dem nominations?
Eyewitness Accounts? See any funny business going on?
Well, Iowa can be a strange place for politicians.
I have said all along that I like Cruz and Trump and that if Cruz won Iowa I'd be fine with that. I don't think he can win the general though... I do think Trump can.
I have also said many times here on FR that if I alone was able to pick the next president I'd pick Cruz... so that means I don't have a whole lot of crow to eat tomorrow..lol
It's the slimy Rubio that worries me now.... He'd just be the designated GOPee loser to Hillary (Bob Dole reincarnated in the body of a BellBoy) :-(
It still seems to me that trump wins the nomination...but this IS a disappointment to him and his supporters. We WILL get a chance to see how he handles himself after a loss... we may learn important things.
Keep your chin up Captain! :-) --> On to NH!
.
The conservative will win the general too!
Cruz vs Sanders, what a contrast.
We can hope! :)
Agreed. Splitting the delegates isn’t bad.
Re: 2145
Exactly. Cruz wins and Donnie and Dondi get participation trophies. ;)
The Zipper. I watched. Thanks for sharing.
I truly believe it will no longer matter if anyone other than Trump gets nominated. He is the only sliver of hope. Otherwise, up from the “heap” will arise whatever comes next.
You know what, I am a Trump supporter, and I am going away, from this thread at least. I am really tired of you.
yeah, but there are 15 more delegates. where do they go? :)
And if Trump doesn’t win New Hampshire, it could all go downhill real fast for him, it’s a must win for him now.
From the looks of it it looks like the Establishment went for Rubio, they think he is their best bet now to take out both Trump and Cruz. That is what you will be hearing in the coming days, how Rubio is the guy to beat now. Fox News is definitely pulling for Rubio
The top three get 5 delegates apiece. A three way tie.
This is hugh and series!
Dem votes coming in slow. Making sure SHE stays ahead.
[Very worried about a Rubio surge. We canât have another pro amnesty candidate.]
Repost the RUBIO articles. He needs to be vetted.
Thanks:)
Great post. Screw the buck Sargent! :-)And I say that as a former NCO.
Well I guess I didn't get my information to wrong, I just didn't make the VP connection before the war.
And all 3 of them scored more caucus votes than any other top candidate in the history of Iowa caucuses.
If you had told any of the smart guys 3 months ago that someone had 35k votes in Iowa they would have said that man won.
I really am shocked by Rubio, in a disappointed sort of way.
And the spin has already begun that despite placing 3rd, he’s the big winner.
He’s polling 5th in NH right now, so what we need is either Kasich or Bush to beat him and relegate him to 4th.
Ted is polling a tight 2nd or 3rd in NH, would not be surprised to see him get a bump to a solid second there.
