A search shows that nobody's opened up a live thread for tonight's caucuses. So here goes.
Predictions? For both the GOP and Dem nominations?
Eyewitness Accounts? See any funny business going on?
People get behind their guy. They want him to win and they get passionate. Politics: shouldn’t be a game, but there it is.
Trump is a globalist? And vulure capitalist Trump isn’t?
Yep!
“Besides, can’t we all rejoice that Bush is getting trounced? :)”
I know that -I- can!
cruz is going to win..
the counties where trump is leading big have more 70% reporting while the counties cruz is leading have around 40% and Cruz is up with 47% of the vote in 22,674 to 19,855 trump Rubio 16285 for rubio
“Right Iâm just trying to figure out where all these Rubio supporters are coming from.”
Are they busing them in?
:-)
So is Cruz.
Can't help but wonder if the Establishment is siphoning votes from Trump to Rubio.
Where did all these Rubio supporters come form? They have been invisible the entire time.
IMHO - Anyone who thinks a Cruz win tonight is a good thing is delusional. He will lose in epic fashion in the general. This is just my opinion.
The big takes so far:
Trump is real.
Cruz blew right through the nasty mailer and the ethanol issue.
Cruz is right about where everybody expected he would be in Iowa. He’s going to win or lose by a couple points and the race will continue.
Cruz isnt eligible to be POTUS.
A lot of Iowans are slow on the uptake.
They aint very concerned about illegal immigration either.
Only 13% said illegal immigration was a concern to them.
91% white will do that.
He would sell us south as fast as she would. Maybe I will just abstain. But I voted for that creep for senate and then he sold me out when he joined that damn gang of eight to further his own politcal ambitions.
Pull it out? He’s down 4%. He better hurry up.
(Well I will vote for Hillary before I vote for Rubio again.)
That is death to America.
I wouldn’t vote for either
Yeah, the Cruz/Trump battle has no doubt dinged the two of them—while Mr. Establishment Marco goes relatively untouched. The longer the Cruz/Trump battle goes, the better for the Establishment.
Estmated republican turnout 150K
GO CRUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
Rubio is still for amnesty.
So is Cruz.
That’s simply not true. No matter how often you repeat it.
Yeah... maybe the theory doesn’t jive....
