Why does Rush have such a hate on for Trump? Because Trump has a bigger, nicer plane? Owns the golf courses Rush dreams of playing on? Owns a much nicer NY apartment than Rush ever dreamed of? What?

Rush and Levin are best friends and Levin hates Trump. He sees him as a liberal and Cruz is a Conservative which Rush likely agrees with.
As for Meg, he likely thinks he owes Roger Ailes since he helped Rush get his start? It is going to be the entire world against Trump from here on out. All sides are extremely threatened by him.
Because Trump has never done drugs, smoked or drank alcohol. Rush was addicted to RX Pain med's. In some convoluted way, Rush has turned that into, "He probably thinks he's better than me." That turns into resentment against Trump.
Rush possibly does not even know that is the basis for his dislike of Trump.
