The State Department is lying when it says it didnt know until it was too late that Hillary Clinton was improperly using personal e-mails and a private server to conduct official business because it never set up an agency e-mail address for her in the first place, the departments former top watchdog says.
This was all planned in advance to skirt rules governing federal records management, said Howard J. Krongard, who served as the agency’s inspector general from 2005 to 2008.
The Harvard-educated lawyer points out that, from Day One, Clinton was never assigned and never used a state.gov e-mail address like previous secretaries.
Thats a change in the standard. It tells me that this was premeditated. And this eliminates claims by the State Department that they were unaware of her private e-mail server until later, Krongard said in an exclusive interview. How else was she supposed to do business without e-mail?

Within hours, or days at the latest, Bill and Hillary were rolling out this complex, expensive, and illegal scheme.
The issue is, why?

Joe Biden threatened Bush with what he termed -a show trial.- Presidents have not pursued previous administrations. Bill Clinton clearly committed treason by allowing a spy satellite to remain in Chinese custody for several weeks with no escort. He also allowed the Chinese to have critical ICBM technology. Treason, plain and simple, but not prosecuted. Something could be made up about every president. Much as I would like to see Obama rot in prison it won’t happen.
I would be surprised if most high level pols did not have something similar.
I have see evidence of similar setups with state pols and even some down to college level administrators.
The issue is, why?
My guess is the foundation
Because so far, both parties have actually been on the same team. We need this corrupt administration thrown in jail. The country needs it to heal. The word needs to go out that our rulers are not immuned to the rule of law.
If it triggers reprisals, I wouldn't worry so much about it. Once we throw all the current guilty in jail, their back will be broken for any effort at retaliation in the future.
They are in the wrong, and they need to be forced to pay.
