Excerpt from NYT: The department announced that 18 emails exchanged between Mrs. Clinton and President Obama would also be withheld, citing the longstanding practice of preserving presidential communications for future release. The department’s spokesman, John Kirby, said that exchanges did not involve classified information.
The disclosure of the top secret emails, three days before Iowans vote in the first-in-the-nation caucuses, is certain to fuel the political debate over the unclassified computer server that Mrs. Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, kept in her home. The State Department released another set of her emails on Friday night in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.

That's why the earlier e-mail dumps included one set of e-mail messages between Hillary Clinton and Sidney Blumenthal -- that @sshole lawyer from the Clinton administration who now works for the Clinton Foundation -- discussing the aftermath of the attack on the U.S. facility in Benghazi.
I don’t think it can unfold that way without causing serious political damage to Hillary Clinton.
No one thinks Obama and Hillary were discussing yoga appointments or their offspring by email. ANYTHING communicated between these two while she was SOS would be by their very nature classified.
Case closed.

Remember, several people in his admin were using private email-not just Hillary and the State Dept. Where their accounts were hosted, I don’t know.

Might explain why F&F, IRS/Lerner, Benghazi, spying on journalists and on and on and on have never resulted in any indictments.

Methinks that this type of corruption is nothing new. It is just that the current criminals are sloppy. Too clever for their own good. It might be that they thought they would be insulated by keeping this stuff off the government servers. Who the hell knows?
It’s Saturday night and no one is paying attention (’cept us). There are storms moving in and the Iowa caucus is soon. The media won’t have time to spend on this.
A wall at least as long as the one Trump promises to build and for which Mexico will pay.
