As much as I would love to believe, that may be pre-mature.
The GOPe will NOT roll over and die. From what I understand, the RNC is a privately-owned entity that makes up its own rules, and changes them at will, to benefit themselves.
So, if We the People speak, and Trump wins our votes, the GOPe has pretty much indicated that it will hold a brokered convention, and select delegates who are “uncommitted”, who will vote for their GOPe candidate.
How do you think they can be stopped?

All in all, I’m grateful that the way the election has shaped up, the most vocal candidates against illegal immigration are the strongest. As always, trust but verify even among our own, but to see a growing wave of awareness and the vast majority of Americans rejecting the current state of things is refreshing.
Lord knows I would be despairing for our nations future if we had another McCain, Romney or Yeb leading the race. Rubio is the least offensive in the establishment group and his betrayal on amnesty was epic. Yeb Boosh may as well be campaigning Mexico.
Funny thing is, I culturally self deported years ago, simply having fun with my family and friends from South America. I adore Portguese and Spanish language. Still, I love my country enough to know I don’t want it to become like those places. Given that, I want a strongman on immigration. Shut them all the hell down and lock the gate until we can acclimate, as cultural Americans, those whom we so graciously permitted to set foot on our soil.

That is nice spring weather in Iowa.
My prediction: Trump wins Iowa by 10% or more.
I stick with that: Trump over Cruz by 7 points.

I used to want a Trump/Cruz ticket and I do see Cruz as the most conservative choice, but I think the Canadian problem is real, not just Trumped up.
He can settle it if he’d just do it.
Part of that drop could be commitment to Santorum and Huckabee and not Trump.
Someone said here that this poll was 10 points off in 2012.
Cruz has the canadian goldman sachs vote all locked up.
It will be okay. God is in control and He is the one who raises and deposes kings.

I would not be surprised if Cruz wins or gets much closer than expected. The MSM would love for Trump to be disappointed in Iowa.
