On Friday White Press Secretary Josh Earnest told reporters some officials at the FBI have said Hillary Clinton is not a target of the current investigation.
These latest comments by the Obama White House reportedly have FBI and Justice Department officials “Super Pissed Off.â€

That statement by Josh Earnest has got the back up of our contacts at the FBI and Justice Department for two reasons… They are SUPER PISSED OFF to use a technical term. Number one, Josh Earnest has absolutely no clearance or visibility in the FBI investigation. Number two, they say it really seems part of a troubling pattern from the White House because the president earlier said he did not see any national security implications to the Clinton emails and then we found out he had never been briefed.

The White House was just signalling that the attorney general would protect Hillary. Just signalling the lower level folks to get ‘on program’.

The only fly in the ointment is FBI Director James Comey who could recommend a criminal indictment against Hillary. The evidence is overwhelming that he should, but will the FBI meet this titanic test of integrity and the Rule of Law or will the Clintons once again elude accountability for their actions? If the FBI fails the test, then the veil will be lifted on the extent of the corruption and rot that permeates the highest levels of our government, including the career bureaucracy.
If we could just find a video of her robbing a 7-11 then we’d have her.

That would minimize the amount of scrutiny given to the White House's preferred candidate, Creepy Uncle Joe. The New Hampshire primary is February 9th. If anything happens, I'd expect it to happen no earlier than February 9th and no later than July 25 (probably a bit earlier). There really is no hurry. Hillary just needs to be taken out before the convention. Plenty of time for a crescendo to build at DOJ, and the FBI.

I AGREE .. START LEAKING FBI - OTHERWISE THE PUBLIC IS NEVER GOING TO KNOW WHAT THE FULL SCOPE REALLY IS OF THE CLINTON TREASON.
THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW. IF HILLARY LOSES THIS ELECTION .. THEN IT’S HER OWN FAULT FOR TELLING HER STAFF TO CUT AND PASTE CLASSIFIED INFORMATION .. AS IF SHE WAS THE KING OR SOMETHING.
Once and for ALL .. Hillary has to be made accountable for the damage she has done to our national security.

With the IRS, EPA, etc., perhaps. Having worked 36 years for the federal government, I had hoped that the career bureaucracy would act as a firewall. It appears that it is not the case any longer. The politicization of the career civil service is a cause for concern for everyone.
People, the deal is done. Hillary will cement and extend Obama’s legacy, and Obama will keep Hillary out of jail.
They have more important fish to fry than each other.
The only question left is whether Comey will blow his stack and resign when Obama won’t let Lynch indict Hillary.
He’ll pardon her if he has to. And he doesn’t even have to wait for an indictment to do that. See Gerald Ford and Nixon.
