Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said the FBI likely has enough evidence right now to indict Hillary Clinton and her valued aide Huma Abedin, but that agency chief James Comey is being constrained.
âI think the FBI director would like to indict both Huma and Hillary as we speak,â Issa told The Washington Examiner in an interview published Friday. âI think heâs in a position where heâs being forced to triple-time make a case what would otherwise be, what they call, a slam dunk."
Clinton is currently under federal investigation over her private email server from her time as secretary of State. Issa, a former House Oversight Committee chairman, argued that she clearly violated transparency requirements during her tenure. âThereâs no question, she knew she had a responsibility and she circumvented it,â he said of the Democratic presidential front-runner in an interview conducted at the campaign headquarters of Sen. Marco Rubio, whose presidential bid he has endorsed. âShe circumvented it a second time when she knowingly let highly-classified material get into emails in an unclassified format.â
Issa added, however, that charges against Clinton are unlikely under President Obamaâs administration.
âIâve worked with both the last attorney general ⦠and this attorney general, and I really donât believe theyâll do it,â he said of Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, respectively. "Doing it, by definition, would end her run for president.
âSo, do I think the Democrats are in an odd situation where the only thing they can do is hold their nose and hold back on an indictment? Sadly, yes.â
The State Department announced Friday it would release about 2,000 pages of Clintonâs emails but delay the final batch until after the New Hampshire primary.
LOL!
Maybe the bitch is fattening up for her intended jail hibernation!
I hope stuffing herself will end up in exploding into a heap of craptonian proportions.
I think that the Klintoons and 0b0z0s, although they hate each other*s gut, arrived at a Mexican Stand-off that has nothing to do with immigration.
They know enough garbage about each other that they have to protect themselves and the anti-American party by any means necessary.
The dynamics for this election and the silent war between two RAT combatants need an hour to write an analysis of the probabilities that rivals a chess game.

Heard a rumor last night:
Shrillary had a scheduled Fundraiser-PRIVATE, like she always does--in Hillsboro, a rich area of San Francisco on the calendar for last week. Without any notice, she cancelled this fund raiser.
Like I say-a rumor.
Because of Sanders attacking her over her rich donors? She couldn't miss a minute in Iowa? Don't know. But media in San Fran is silent on this. It most likely would have been held at a private home, with Silicon Valley Billionaires.
Thanks, anonymous.
(UPDATE: The Hillary Clinton campaign has postponed a New York City fundraiser scheduled for Thursday until Feb. 16, according to Marisa Faltelson, New York finance co-director at Hillary for America. This story, previously headlined “Hillary Clinton Doing Back-to-Back Finance Industry Fundraisers Just Before Iowa,” has been updated to reflect the postponement.)
Despite being dogged with questions about her ties to Wall Street, Hillary Clinton will take a detour from the campaign trail in Iowa to do a finance industry fundraiser on Wednesday.
Clinton will appear in Philadelphia at a “gala” fundraiser hosted by executives at Franklin Square Capital Partners, a $17 billion investment fund. Rocker Bon Jovi will reportedly play an acoustic set for “friends” who pledge $1,000 and hosts who bundle up to $27,000. (Giancarlo Stefanoni, a Clinton campaign staffer, confirmed that as of Tuesday afternoon, the event is still on.)
The Philadelphia Inquirer notes that “Franklin Square employs Ivy League-educated money managers and salespeople with experience at big Wall Street firms - plus four personal trainers and a dietitian to keep staff happy and productive amid the gym, yoga and nap rooms, Sol LeWitt art installations, and fancy cafeteria.”
Clinton was then scheduled to head to New York City on Thursday, where she was to speak at a lunchtime “Conversations With Hillary” fundraiser, now set for next month. This one is co-hosted by Matt Mallow, a senior managing director and general counsel at BlackRock, the world's largest asset management firm. As we've reported before, having a conversation with Hillary is not cheap.
BlackRock’s ties to Clinton go particularly deep: Cheryl Mills, one of Clinton's closest advisers at the State Department, sits on BlackRock’s board, and perhaps not surprisingly, Clinton's plans for the industry align with the company's financial strategy.
(snip)
The story is true and the reason is not advertised.
The fundraiser is in a liberal lawyers place. The problem is that the Hitlery campaign did not *vet* him in advance.
The lawyer represent the Steinle family case of their daughter*s murder by the 5-time deported illegal in the sanctuary city of San Francisco.
They dumped him faster than saying hello!
I stated on FR last year that Hillary was in poor health and I predicted she would not be able to run for the Democrat candidacy. To be President in January 2017 would require more energy than she could muster.
Hillary looks terrible in that photo. No amount of makeup or stylish hair curls can hide her exhaustion.
I do not think she can do it.
