That's Hamtramck. It's near Dearborn and I think that is what is being referred to. The "call to prayer" issue broke there 5 or more years ago.

There is a small town in MI where muslims are the majority and so is their local elected officials. Yes, it's called Hammtramck, Michigan, it used to be primarily a Polish community. Its a short ways from Detroit and they too have their call to prayer. When hubby and I were overseas there was a muslim mosque 2 or 3 blocks from the hotel we were in and every morning about 4 am, the imam would cut loose. It is the most god awful screeching you ever wanted to hear.
