This week's Friday afternoon news drop was a blockbuster for Hillary Clinton, with revelations that some of her emails contained information so sensitive they cannot be released to the public at all, others will be delayed beyond the first few primaries by the State Department, and the number of Top Secret documents in her homebrew private email server has risen to 22.
Hillary For America press secretary Brian Fallon released a statement after the intelligence community announced that 20 of Clinton's emails were too sensitive to ever be released:
We firmly oppose the complete blocking of the release of these emails. Since first providing her emails to the State Department more than one year ago, Hillary Clinton has urged that they be made available to the public. We feel no differently today.
After a process that has been dominated by bureaucratic infighting that has too often played out in public view, the loudest and leakiest participants in this interagency dispute have no prevailed in blocking any release of these emails. This flies in the face of the fact that these emails were unmarked at the time they were sent, and have been called "innocuous" by certain intelligence officials. We understand that these emails were likely originated on the state Department's unclassified system before they were ever shared with Secretary Clinton, and they have remained on the department's unclassified system for years. And in at least one case, the emails appear to involve information from a published news article.
This appears to be over-classification run amok. We will pursue all appropriate avenues to see that her emails are released in a manner consistent with her call last year.

Seems Hillary had all critical information on her computer.
Yeah, release them to show Joe and Jane Sixpack that they are benign, yoga-scheduling emails. Otherwise this is nothing more than a Vast Right Wing Conspiracy (TM).
How about a site on who’s going to take the fall for the evil hag?
Soon she’ll be seeking asylum in Russia like another infamous American secrets leaker...
“There is no sitting Grand Jury...” Are you sure of that? Isn’t it a possibility that a GJ investigating such a sensitive matter might itself be classified?
"The Obama administration confirmed for the first time Friday that Hillary Clinton's unsecured home server contained closely guarded government secrets, censoring 22 emails with material requiring one of the highest levels of classification. The revelation comes just three days before the Iowa presidential nominating caucuses in which Clinton is a candidate.
Department officials also said the agency's Diplomatic Security and Intelligence and Research bureaus will investigate whether any of the information was classified at the time of transmission, going to the heart of one of Clinton's primary defenses of her email practices.
The State Department will release its next batch of emails from Clinton's time as secretary of state later Friday."She's screwed
The fact there are 22 Top Secret emails on her home brew server is enough to convict her. They don’t need any more inquiries, panels or anything. It was illegal. Period. End of discussion.
Indict, look at the sensitivity of the cost of those emails being compromised and convict.
Might as well release them. She’s already sold the information to our worst enemies. It’s no secret anymore.
The fact that she was conducting federal business on a private home server should be enough to convict her.
The Clinton campaign knows damn well that these emails CAN'T be released because they contain extremely sensitive information. Because of this, they figure they can issue a statement like this, then tell the American people: Hey!, we have nothing to hide! In fact, we urged the government to release the emails to the public!"
The Intelligence Community has decided these are too sensitive to be releasesd .... not the State Departmen & it’s certainly not “bureacratic infighting”. For some good details:

What happens when redactions become insufficient to cover the damage to national security from Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized and unsecured home-brew e-mail system? Get ready to find out. Fox News’ Catherine Herridge and Pamela Browne exclusively report that the intelligence community will prevent the State Department from releasing at least 22 e-mails in the current tranche, because not even redactions can prevent damage to national security from their release:
The intelligence community has now deemed some of Hillary Clinton’s emails “too damaging” to national security to release under any circumstances, according to a U.S. government official close to the ongoing review. A second source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, backed up the finding.
The decision to withhold the documents in full, and not provide even a partial release with redactions, further undercuts claims by the State Department and the Clinton campaign that none of the intelligence in the emails was classified when it hit Clinton’s personal server.
Fox News is told the emails include intelligence from “special access programs,” or SAP, which is considered beyond “Top Secret.” A Jan. 14 letter, first reported by Fox News, from intelligence community Inspector General Charles McCullough III notified senior intelligence and foreign relations committee leaders that “several dozen emails containing classified information” were determined to be “at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, AND TOP SECRET/SAP levels.”
It’s the presence of SAP information which has the intel community seeking a halt on further releases of these specific e-mails, apparently comprising seven different threads. The problem, Herridge and Browne report, is that the lack of effective security on both the internet connection and the server itself all but guarantees that others have copies of Hillary’s entire system. Publishing the e-mails with the SAP redactions would allow those with their own Clintonemail.com backup to easily find the information and discover the value of the information they have — essentially providing a map to the needles in the haystack.
But, readers might ask, isn’t that true of all the redacted e-mails? Indeed it is, but apparently the sensitivity of those programs didn’t rise to the level of what the intel community found in this tranche. That gives us a very clear picture of just how much damage Hillary and her team did to national security with their desire to pervert legitimate Congressional oversight for the State Department.
The only legitimate reason why Hillary Clinton should not be behind bars right now would be if she was out on bail.
apparently the Wildebeest still doesn’t understand what CLASSIFIED means
I also don’t see why they can’t be released. Every foreign intelligence organization in the world read them before she did.
Everybody in China, Russia, and The Caliphate, to say nothing of every black hat hacker on the planet has already seen the emails.
No reason in the world why only the American People should be refused a glimpse at this point.
When Jon Corzine stole, with no consequences, a gigabuck-and-a-half from MF Global, it was final proof that the “Rule of Law” no longer applied to our ruling class.
The reason the WH/FBI is saying those particular emails are TOO SENSITIVE is not because of what is in the emails, but TO WHO the emails are addressed.
Those emails would prove that many other DEMS and REPUBS in the Senate and Congress, and most in the White House Executive Branch were involved in dirty dealings, bribes, money laundering, etc.
THEY WILL NEVER LET US SEE THOSE EMAILS.
