i think the first shot came from the guy darting toward the truck as it goes into the ditch as you can see a bullet hole on the drivers side of the windshield

looks like two flashbangs after he’s shot and i count four more shots into the truck after he’s down

also watch the LASER red-dots on his head and while he’s bleeding out

Check out the guy in the middle of the group of vehicles and tell me he hasn't got a video camera, filming, 25 feet away from Finicum. Complete with audio.

He's to the right of Finicum.

It still looks like to me that he never pulled a gun or reached for a gun, that he was shot and reacting to that.

The video you provided the link for sure does show a lot more detail. The second guy out of the truck throws something into the snow. Logic suggests a gun. It also seemed like Finicum's hands are up and then he gets shot (instead of reaching for a gun). I know many said that already, based on the first short video. I didn't think it was 'clear' in the first video.

I think it is in the full one. The laser dots on his head seemed to be awfully steady , considering no one was that close to him. As if they were from a fixed position sniper and indicate the sniper was in an elevated position.
