When Finicum slid off into the snowbank, he hit a Swat FBI guy. To think that the FBI guys wouldn’t start shooting at the vehicle the instant that happened is beyond belief (or a miracle).

Finicum could have sustained one or two wounds, walked out of the vehicle, gotten shot again, reached into the wound, pulled one or both hands out, then reached in again, got shot for the final time.

Which would make more sense than believing that he reached into his coat , put his hands out/up again, didn’t have a weapon, then reached back in again, because he was reaching for that gun he didn’t have the first time.

If you look closely at the video, there's a guy in the middle of the vehicles that looks like he's got a video camera up to his right eye, and he's only 25 feet to the right of Finicum.

If that's true, there's audio, too.
