This is a shortened and edited version of FBI footage showing the joint FBI and Oregon State Police traffic stop and OSP officer-involved shooting of Robert âLaVoyâ Finicum on the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
Youâll note that Finicum was shot by an Oregon State Police Trooper at relatively close range as he appeared to be reaching into his coat in a manner consistent with attempting to draw a handgun.
Flash bangs were then deployed in an effort to get the other occupants of the vehicle to surrender.

LOL!
It seemed like more of a screwed up execution.
He wouldn’t surrender (til he crashed).
They probably starting firing the instant he slid into and knocked aside the FBI guy.
He might have reached for a gun (did they in fact find one ?) But that was after he got out and walked a ways with hands up. Then he put his hand out or up again, then reached inwards again.
They fired again until he dropped.
It seemed to be an event that had an inescapable conclusion.
Wow. The whole unedited video. I am shocked. Thanks.
Truly sad and tragic. Lots of time transpired to render aid if that even was a consideration. Was the reported gun his or a drop?
Every reserve deputy sheriff has a dash cam in his prowler, but we’re supposed to believe all the feebs have is this trying to focus, jerky, from several hundred yards away, heavily edited crap that doesn’t really show anything but two gunmen cutting down a father of ten?
Nice try, FBI. If it were a UFO sighting. But fail.
Do you know how hard it is to keep your hands up after/while being shot ?
The first time he pulled over, then fled the scene.
The second time he crashed into the snowbank off the road, knocking one of the 'shooters' to the side.
So I'm not sure what you mean. He had no choice at the speed he was going to do anything other than hit the brakes and hope for the best. If he was trying to 'go around', the snow stopped him.
This is a very sad outcome - a new strategy must emerge. The frontal assault on tyrrany will never work against the fedgov criminal gummit.
Victoria Sharp had no reason to lie. She is in grave danger, I hope they get her out of there.
Armed “patriots” are going to get gunned down as a matter of routine and every media outlet will be focused on what Trump said about Kelly.
Time to dive in to Bracken’s books again to really understand the options.
He's to the right of Finicum.
You fire a handgun that close to your face, you'll take out some teeth, bloody your nose, or give yourself a black eye.
When he was first pulled over he should got out and followed orders. Anybody with any experience can see that the road with snow on both sides is a funnell into a bad situation. It’s almost like this guy wanted to die.

For all we know, the cops were firing shots at him from the time he fled the scene when he was first pulled over, until he crashed. The instant he crashed the cops at the blockade likely started firing, especially since he ‘hit’ one of them. I haven’t gotten to watch the full video yet, so my opinion is based on the short video, so far.
Once he fled the scene at that intersection where he sat for several minutes (and who knows, they might have been firing at him there, which is why he fled), he was doomed.
The video appears to be from a large winged drone. It probably doesn’t have audio.
There’s 2-3 guys in that space [middle of the vehicles]. It’s the guy on the left, closest to Finicum.
Wanting to die is not the exact same as 'won't be taken alive'.
Close, but not the same.
Anyway, that 'is' the rumor.
My question is where was he going, and why did they try to pull him over at that first intersection, had him there for quite a few minutes, then he took off and they took chase ? And they had a roadblock prepared, as if they knew/planned on him fleeing ?
I feel rather uninformed on that initial part.
And you can’t tell when the police/fbi, whatever they were shot. So you don’t know if he was grabbing for a gun or grabbing where he’d been shot.
Doesn’t prove a thing one way or the other.
Check out the guy in the middle of the group of vehicles and tell me he hasn't got a video camera, filming, 25 feet away from Finicum. Complete with audio.

I think the Feds have some 'splainin' to do, Loot-see.
We need an FOIA request, looks like.
