The second time he crashed into the snowbank off the road, knocking one of the 'shooters' to the side.
So I'm not sure what you mean. He had no choice at the speed he was going to do anything other than hit the brakes and hope for the best. If he was trying to 'go around', the snow stopped him.
When he was first pulled over he should got out and followed orders. Anybody with any experience can see that the road with snow on both sides is a funnell into a bad situation. It’s almost like this guy wanted to die.
