The quote actually started with Cruz saying “I’m a maniac”, which Trump said. I believe Trump also took a shot at Carson and his professional career. The rest of the comments are completely plausible based on Trump’s record of insulting people.
To be fair, Carson did leave a stethoscope in a patient’s skull.
How come people only remember Trump’s response to comments made by others.
