Good grief. @glennbeck said he lost support for @RandPaul because rand cut deal with McConnell. Cruz cut the same deal at the same time.

Outlined below is part of the video from a 19 minute segment Megyn Kelly ran on her show allowing Glenn Beck to launch an attack against Donald Trump without any push-back.
The entire âinterviewâ (actually a one-way diatribe) was targeted to a Fox audience that has not, and does not, pay attention to political comings and goings 24/7/365; in essence, the casual political follower.
There is a lot of misinformation in that entire exposition; but one very specific part of the misinformation that needs to be showcased, and, as luck would have it, exists within our archives â because of the intense importance the moment provided in understanding what was going on in DC.

In the Lady’s defence, stupid idiotic keywords like “pinkistan” or “acubanandakoo” really don’t help Search work.
She knows full well it was posted previously. She posted in the last thread, which was at least the second time I saw this “story” posted. I might ask why it was knowingly reposted...
Those are independent terms. It doesn’t effect searching for title or real keywords.
You have a link or is this another one of your pipe dreams
At least Trump will be able to work well with Pelosi and Shumer, and Rangel and Di Blasio! Who can blame someone who has made Trump his or her idol?
Anyone who buys into Beck is suspect.
Keywords are not even a factor in searching titles.
One just pastes the title into the box and selects “titles”.
So easy even a caveman can do it.
Beck tried at least 6 times to portray Trump’s comment about shooting someone on 5th avenue was real. He has lost his ever loving mind.
No, he didn’t. Try and get your candidate’s smears straight. Cruz is the one who called McConnell a liar and has fought McConnell’s agenda at every turn. That’s one of the things Donald Duck is attacking him for.
Give it up Cat Lady. Posted5 times already. Learn the rules.
Trumps change of positions are almost all old oneâs.
Cruzâ however, are just from this past congressional cycle.
Flip-Flopped on Legal Immigration:
Townhall’s Guy Benson: Cruz has flip-flopped dramatically on a number of his previous immigration views.
In response, Rubio charged that Cruz supported mass legalization of illegal immigrants and proposed huge increases in federal issuance of certain immigration visas and green cards. Cruz shook his head throughout Rubio’s rejoinder, but Rubio was correct on these points. Cruz has flip-flopped dramatically on a number of his previous immigration views. The Texan shot back, it is not accurate, what he just said, that I supported legalization.Sorry, Senator. It’s on tape. (Townhall, Guy Benson, 12/16/15)
Flip-Flopped on H-1B Visas:
In an election year, Cruz said he would suspend the H-1B program.
Cruz said he would suspend the H-1B program for 180 days while he audited the system for abuses, abandoning his prior support for a 500% increase in the high-tech program. (CNN, 11/13/15)
Cruz sharply distanced himself from his long-held plan to increase the number of visas for high-tech workers by 500%.
A month prior, Cruz sharply distanced himself from his long-held plan to increase the number of visas for high-tech workers by 500%. Under fire from conservative talk radio hosts who said he was imperiling American workers, Cruz said he would suspend the program for 180 days until it could be reformed to his liking.(CNN, 12/1/7/15)
In 2013, Senator Cruz offered an amendment that would increase the H-1B Visa program from 65,000 to 325,000.
During the 2013 immigration debate, the Texas senator proposed an amendment to the comprehensive Ëgang of eight Senate bill that he boasted would dramatically increase the annual limit on H-1B skilled guest worker visasâfrom 65,000 to 325,000âa five-fold expansion. (Bloomberg, 8/20/15)
Flip-Flopped on Birthright Citizenship:
Cruzs birthright citizenship position is the product of a flip-flop that is a couple of years old.
Post-Trump, Cruz has highlighted his opposition to birthright citizenship, itself the product of a flip-flop that is a couple of years old. (Washington Examiner, 11/19/15)
CNN: Despite his grounding in the grass-roots, Cruz has had to quickly react at times to Trump envelope-pushing brand of conservatism, such as when Cruz quickly agreed this summer with Trumps new position to end birthright citizenship, despite previous questions the Texan posed about its constitutionality. (CNN, 12/1/7/15)
Flip-Flopped on Mass Deportation:
In September 2013, Cruz noted that he had not called for deportation.
Cruz also noted that he had not called for deportation or, as Mitt Romney famously advocated, self-deportation. (NYT/Texas Tribune, 9/13/13)
Now, over the past few weeks, Cruz has specifically endorsed deportations after months of resisting.
Cruz, who over the past few weeks has specifically endorsed deportations after months of resisting, said in an interview that aired Sunday on State of the Union that the U.S. should catch those who came here illegally under normal law enforcement practices, not through round-ups of the estimated 11 million undocumented people living in the U.S. (CNN, 1/10/16)
In January 2016, Cruz said that like Donald Trump he does absolutely support deportation of all illegal immigrants.
Ted Cruz said during an appearance in Iowa on Monday that theres a difference between him and Donald Trump on immigration. The Texas senator, who is leading the field of Republican presidential candidates in Iowa according to the latest polls, was asked by a man in the state if, like Trump, he believed that all undocumented immigrants should be deported. Cruz replied, ËAbsolutely yes. And in fact, look, theres a difference, said Cruz. Hes advocated allowing folks to come back in and become citizens. I oppose that. (BuzzFeed, 1/5/16)
No, they're not. They're mostly within recent months. He was arguing for giving illegals a path as recently as August. He defended single payer as recently as the first debate. The rest are somewhat recent too.
Cruz's however, are just from this past congressional cycle.
Again, false. While he changed his position on H-1B visas (for the better) recently, informed by the trend to fire American workers and make them train their replacements, the rest are longstanding positions. AS I said, he was the leading force against the amnesty bill that Rubio supported (and so did Trump, IIRC.)
Unlike Touchback Trump, however, he doesn't support bringing them back -- a form of manesty known as "touchback", the most cumbersome and expensive form of amnesty.
I wish you people would research and quit twisting the facts to fit your candidate...Trump has been an ‘open book’ for his whole life...
Cruz has flip and flop to try to be in line with Trump because he didn’t think people would catch him in his lies:
to me
Cruz voted FOR TPA at the same time as he was STILL pushing huge increases in H1B visas. He said research shows that immigrants create jobs.
Then he said he didnât know that program was being abused. (Although Disney was splashed all over the news.)
—
And he did not know McConnell lied to him about TPA
And he did not know Corker/Iran wasnât the best we could do.
And he did not know he was a Canadian citzen.
And he did not know he had to file official paperwork on a loan.
And he did not know he should have told Texans in his Senate race that he has a Canadian birth certificate.
And he did not know that Glen Beck is a loon.
And he did not know he didnât lose his health insurance
And he did not know he really didnât liquefy all his assets
And he is, according to his professor, Alan Dershowitz, off the charts brilliant.
Something doesnât quite add up, does it,
