On today's program, Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR) and Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) confirmed they are willing to attend Trump's event tonight at Drake University. Asked if he would attend, Huckabee admitted, "we've put in a call to [Trump's] people and said that I'd be delighted to come." Though he has not heard back, Huckabee said, "if they say that they would be happy to have me, I'll be there."
Santorum expressed an equal willingness to attend Trump's event tonight, revealing, "after the debate I'm not going to be doing anything, so, I guess, if it's a charitable thing for the troops and he invites other people to come, I certainly would attend to support the troops." However, the former senator admitted he has not yet received an invitation.

I guess the kid’s table debate would be all over by the time Trump’s extravaganza started..
Cruz needs to debate with the others, all the candidates, except Trump needs to be at the debates, if these candidates want to donate to the Vets and Wounded Warriors, they can do that anytime, it doesn’t have to be with a Trump Family ‘fund raiser’....
It's a tacit endorsement for Trump, evangelicals will read between the lines and support Trump.
This is what Trump said. And I would guess he considers everyone in the running candidates. That’s what RNC and the news organizations call them.

Wow, two candidates called last night and said they want to go to my event tonight at Drake University.
The only GO TED that will speak forth from my lips.
“after the debate I’m not going to be doing anything,”
Trump’s rally is before the debate.
They’ll invite everyone exept Megyn Kelly and have the debate at Drake University.
Better yet, have all the candidates go to Drake U, and let the candidates themselves, instead of the Leftist MSM, work out the format for an actual debate with “moderators” out of the limelight, letting all the candidates discuss the same issue. Might learn something.
Wouldn’t that be nice for a change. The Right actually running the Right’s show instead of the Right letting the Left run the Right’s show. What a concept.
I was at a small gathering with Santorum once. He’s very smart, very prepared, very telegenic, and very nice.
And Pennsylvania is a state that’s always close to going red.
Nope, not just yet, there is still some ‘behind the scenes’ things to come out about things....
Maybe in a few months, then start thinking about things differently, not yet...
This is great news!
If Frankie Valli's available, albeit on short notice, he could sing "Big Girls Don't Cry", paying homage to Megyn Kelly.
They each have won Iowa in the past. Those people remember that.
It would be better if they skipped the debate to show up - that would be a clear message of solidarity.
That would even BETTER is if they skipped the baby debate, leaving Carly and Jim Gilmore to battle it out. Sheesh. Viewership might be in the single digits for THAT one...
Zee wango dango?
Knew it - those are the only two that behaved with any class towards Trump. And Santorum is the only other not-pro-amnesty candidate.
Which Santorum lost in his last election so I wouldn’t count on his support helping in PA.
Yeah, Santorum win Iowa last time!
Last time I looked it began at 9 pm.
a guy worth 12 billion gave 57,000 bucks to vets in five years.
i know people who make half a million a year in NYC that gave more.
a lot more.
trump must die laughing at how easily his stunts work.
will still vote for him in the generals
