Hope the VA is either drastically reformed or shut down and Vets can go to ANY hospital or doctor and it be covered. Seriously. We can’t take care of the people that protect us? Shame on us.
When I do something nice and someone says “Thank you” it’s simple to just say “You’re welcome.”
But when someone says “Thank you for your service” “You’re welcome” just doesn’t sound right. So, I’ve started saying “It was an honor.”
