Again, it is against Free Republic rules to solicit donations other than to FR.
It’s all right, but remember that their income was $3,541,227.
OK, thanks. I didn’t know that.
It didn’t occur to me to look into it until this thread.
This plays into my appalling lack of math skills! At least they didn’t donate their underpants to charity.
LOL! Agreed.
I posted some evidence on this thread at post #55.
So true Doughty.
Trump was instrumental in building the Veterans Memorial in NYC.
the property downtown was gifted to the veterans by the
Koch administration but they had no money.
Trump committed $1M in a matching fund and they
"couldn't have built it without him."

Just because you’re twisted, it doesn’t mean everyone is.
Now raising money for a good cause is a bad thing?
Some of you folks need to stop looking at Trump and do a little soul searching yourself.
That's what every charity with a high percentage of admin expenses says.
“But you can add Fisher House and Marine Semper Fi to that list.”
AGREE.
Idiot. Never bite the hand that feeds you.
And some folks don’t have the common sense to realize not everything is evil, just because Trump is involved.
You guys are a hoot all eaten up by hate because he is going to raise money for vets.
It’s actually quite entertaining to watch you.
My “disparaging” of Trump has nothing to do with this group or his donations to veterans of any kind.
I just don’t like his use of veterans as props. Now I am sure there are plenty of veterans who disagree with me on that. We still remain brothersvinn arms. And that includes you.
SOLID advice.
I haven't watched Fox at all since the low rent bitch pulled her off the wall stunt at the first debate. True.
Nice, twisting my words, just like your hero does. Raising money for a good cause is fine. But if you are doing it primarily for the benefit it gives you, it is not really praiseworthy. As Jesus said, the people who make a big deal out of giving to the poor and needy in order to be seen doing so already have their reward. That seems to fit Trump to a "T".
A lot of their focus is for female troops and vets. Their key word is ‘bipartisan’.
Trump is doing this for the WWP. This group is in competition with WWP. Personally, I’ve got no love for WWP, but I’ll be happy for *any* money going toward veterans.
