Actually we have a leader now. He’s steadfastly leading us in the wrong direction. Yes we need a leader, but one with a correct since of direction. Donald is definitely leading: there’s a long line of ducklings avidly following his every move. But he’s not taking them where we need to go. He’s just leading them off the shallower end of Obama’s cliff.

True. But they have all had 6 cracks at Trump, and 6 opportunities to take him out. And Thursday night they’ll get a 7th shot at him, with him not even there to defend himself. He doesn’t owe Cruz or anyone else ANYTHING.

Trump wouldn't stand a chance against Cruz in a real one on one debate.
Cruz has knowledge of the issues, a thorough understanding of the constitution and a firm grasp of conservative principles. All Trump has are campaign slogans and juvenile insults.

Do you even know what kind of high-blown snob you sound like?
The only Mr. Unelectable that I know of is the "Constitutional Scholar" that was born in Canada.

666 respondents?
I’d call that another ominous sign for Trump as Iowa caucus eve approaches...

I'm a Ted Cruz campaigner, although I've often complimented Donald Trump on some of his positions.
Donald Trump is making a SEVERE mistake to NOT participate in the Thursday debate.
Why ?
The three (3) "special guests":
1) Mark Watson (unknown)
2) Ms. Dulce Candy, is an immigrant from Mexico, a former U.S. military servicewoman, and a Latina.
3) Ms. Nabela Noor, is a Muslim American who is an outspoken critic of anyone who, like Trump, questions the motivations of Muslims, Muslim immigrants, Islam, and jihad ... and has reportedly equated Trump with Adolf Hitler.
Is Donald Trump really SERIOUS about "Building the Mexico Wall" ?
THEN tell that (and his reasons) to the Ms. Dulce Candy (to her face) in front of 35 million TV viewers.
Stand His Ground (like Stonewall Jackson).
Say "NO" to the America's assured destruction if Illegal Immigration is NOT STOPPED.
Is Donald Trump really SERIOUS about STOPPING Islamic Terrorism in America ?
THEN tell that (and his reasons) to the Ms. Nabela Noor (to her face) in front of 35 million TV viewers.
Again, Donald. Stand YOUR Ground (like Stonewall Jackson).
Say "NO" to America's assured destruction if Islamic Terrorism is NOT STOPPED.
And ask Ms. Nabela Noor HOW CAN ISLAM claim to be civilized when they strap suicide-explosive belts around their children to EXTERMINATE Christians and Jews ?
Senator Ted Cruz ... STAND YOUR GROUND as well.
We're ALL Watching.
Remember Patton's Speech ?
Echoing General Patton ... both Ted Cruz and Donald Trump need to "wade into the POLITICAL enemy ... spill their blood (politically) ... shoot them in the belly (politically) ...
It's TIME WE WIN this WAR ... Gentlemen ....
.

Cruz wants all those things too, and I trust Cruz to stick to his positions, not negotiate them away and not betray the one base who got him into office, the conservatives. Trump is openly hinging his election victory on winning over moderates and Democrats. That means if he wins, he owes far less to conservatives than Cruz will.

There’s nothing snobby about not wanting to lose this election to the Democrats with a candidate who is a turn-off to voters strictly for his personality and non-political activities. If I’m going to lose, I’d like to lose on principle, fighting for what’s right, not fighting off smear attacks on a candidate with unattractive baggage. The polls consistently show Trump does worse in a general election than Cruz and pretty much any other candidate except Jeb.

That MOE (margin of error) number takes care of sample size, if you have studied statistics. As the sample size increases, MOE reduces. But to keep cost of polls reasonable they do not poll one million people each time, to drop MOE to near zero.

Yeah, um, that’s not what I was talking about. I’m talking about 666 being an unlucky number.

My biggest problem with Cruz is pushing the path to legal status for illegals so they can come out of the shadows as he said.
Path to Legal Status for Illegals
Why did he change his position now? Why was he for not deporting all illegals before? Why the flip-flop? He is not consistent on this issue. And illegals is my personal #1 issue.

You didn’t fix squat and you are a lying mole.
Even though you you pretend “over the top” to support
a candidate I like, your mindless hopping up and down
cheerleading is off-putting and if Trump were aware of you
he would tell you to shut up and you’re fired.

Remember that time Cruz insulted Mary Katherine Ham because he accidentally misread her statement? Yeah, she was 38 weeks pregnant with a toddler at home and her husband had just been killed in a freak accident.
Oh wait, that was Trump.
