His brother is all-in for Cruz, and associates with many of the NRO22. I’m sure David Limbaugh has given Rush an earful of pro-Cruz.
Okay, Rush is now getting to the matter at hand. Says Trump “is avoiding putting himself in a place where others can make him look bad.”
This is based on the story that the GOPe had orders for FNC to “take Trump out” in the August debate(which proved to be obvious with Baier’s and Kelly’s very first questions).
Further, Rush said FNC overreacted to Trump’s threat(meaning that HQ email ridiculing Trump - I’m reading between the lines here)and the Muslim and illegal “ringers” lined up by Google to ambush Trump.

That is what i thought too! I saw that news blip on that reporter not using his whole abortion quote and Trump asking for an apology and the next thing i hear is he is out of the debate. I was trying to find out who that reporter is or from....but nothing in google. They are saying he in an unidentified reporter. Where is he from??

yea, Rush has tried to get someone.. congress.. media.. to do something to stop obama.. he just about gave up and then Trump came on the scene. Rush is a fighter.. he explained conservatism in one of his shows.. that conservatism has been so misstated and made to match so many different individuals.. that he (and I agree) thinks they should change the meaning or change the name.. no one knows what conservatism is any more. it’s a damaged word.

They played bait and switch with Rush.
Now he is talking about the media (Fox) and Trump. Trump is being smart, according to Rush

Yes. It was the press release that pissed Trump off. At the end of his interview with Bret Baier (which was before the press conference) he mentions the “games” Fox is playing with their press release, and says “well, YOU’LL be there” when Baier says “see you at the debate.”
I hope Rush includes how the media, makes themselves part of the story! Megyn isn’t the only one.
They’ve become such attention whores that now they must be involved in the stories themselves.
Think Ferguson, MO — and how some reporters who showed up, became the story. Just one example-there are dozens I know.
For example, to call Glenn Beck a conservative will only cause confusion since he admitted he will vote for a socialist over Trump.
I hope those motions do have an empty podium, then when Megyn goes off, that candidate - probably Cruz or Carson, walks off.
He sure is taking his time getting to the point. I guess he needs to fill the next 2 hours.

He is on point - finally. Trump does what he does, outside of the rules. Let Megyn do what she does.
Trump knew the moderators were going to set up a take down scenario, and Trump pulled the rug out from them. He wouldn't give them the bullet to kill him.
He also spoke about how the news stories about the debate will once again be all about Trump.
Much more than that, but I thought it was a good take. Rush saying what he said will take the air out of the balloon of those saying Trump's a wuss for not showing up.
