The Breitbart article explains that. Rubio orchestrated all the wishes of this cabal that includes FOX, in his Gang of Eight Bill. Of course they support Rubio and Bush and Hillary most.
They would support Cruz, but he is too cranky to their stooges in the Senate, and while he has carried their water with HB1, and is all-in for pathways to legalization for the South American socialist invaders, I guess he is just too much of a renegade show boat to make the cut.
He is and has been totally winning on issues from the day One; all the other candidates are swimming in his wake trying to capture some of the ground they lost by not being clear, straight up and out in front on the issues as he has been, which are:
Secure our borders, reduce immigration and stop illegal immigration, renegotiate bad trade deals, build up the military, abolish Obamacare and Common Core, reduce government size and waste, correct our debtor nation status, root out corrupt practices in donor funding of politicians, bring manufacturing and jobs and inverted corporations back to America, ignore Political Correctness, get to the root of the jihad problem, protect Christianity.What he won't do is get into the wonky details of senatorial policy micromanagement before the fact, He is correct when he decries the boastful policy preening of politicians who end up telegraphing to our enemies what we are going to do. putting our military at risk.
