Fox News head will let Trump walk before replacing Megyn Kelly as debate moderator

Here we go again. Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump is publicly toying with the idea of bailing on a debate. He claims Fox News host Megyn Kelly, one of three moderators for Thursday's event in Des Moines, Iowa, is biased against him. So he might not show.

Exhibiting the resolute decision-making skills required of a commander-in-chief, Trump has asked the Twitterverse to help him choose whether to attend or not.

And tonight, the Kelly Puke’s guest is Michael Moore!

Fox News is going all out to join the MSM Club. Screw ‘em!

I think Trump has made the correct decision. The insults of the anti-Trumps on this forum mean squat.

FOX needs Trump more than Trump needs FOX.

If he doesn’t show, ratings will be in the toilet.

CNN News Conference - It looks like the big shot at Fox will get his wish. Trumps is pissed off after some sort of statement Fox just issued and he says he will do a fund raising even to the vets instead of appearing on Fox. Now, let’s see how Fox fairs. I bet Roger Ailes is on his knees right now begging.

And the only damage done is to the fragile sensibilities of a bunch of pearl-clutchers whining on the internet.

Fox was goading Trump before the press releases, put out a take-it-or-leave it statement for Kelly. Fox was riding high thinking Trump wouldn’t dare cancel this close to Iowa, that’s why this debate was scheduled so close by the way.

I dont think it has anything to do with Kelly, think he just does not want to answer the questions Pro life groups are asking.

He went to a pro abortion/pro gay marriage anti Christian Presbyterian Church on Sunday, he has no Christian testimony,

He does not even believe he is a sinner

1 John 1:8 - “If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.”

I think he is just wanting Monday to come and go and get out of this town... as he gets farther and farther from Iowa we will hear less and less about Jesus and his pro life values

I suspect the pressure will make him cave? He probably is doing the right thing from his point of view,he is going to be totally clobbered on his supposed Social Conservative concerns

Free Republic used to care about these issues now they are out the window for at least half it seems

“I’m fine with it. It might give us an opportunity to really hear what the others have to say without all the snark and grandstanding”

Problem is, all the others (the organ grinder’s monkey’s batallion, which includes Cruz) won’t have anyone to lob ignorant, nonsensible barbs at so no one will tune in! And best of all Kelly won’t have any way to get the “sand” out of her nether region. I for one, hope Trump makes good on his promise and holds another event in parallel to the “uselsss media circus” over on Fox. Anyone who has ever participated in a real debate knows these televised turd wrestling contests are just bull$hit!

I can’t stand Megyn, so I not watch if there’s no Trump. Fox is really screwing up a lot lately.

Ailes and Trump will make a deal. Otherwise, Rupert's son will be out of a lot of ad revenue.

Don’t know what Ailes sees in prima-donna Megan. My house is a no-Kelly-zone.

“Poor little baby Trump can’t handle Fox News host Megyn Kelly. “

Says people on a site that constantly bitches and moans about “biased left-wing” moderators?

Someone stands up to it, and NOW it’s a bad thing.

Shes not an impartial moderator having helped national review launch its anti Trump diatribe

If Megan Kelly assisted National Review launch an attack on him, she is anti-Trump. Fox News says it is "fair and balanced," but in this case if that is true, Fox News and lapdog media are one and the same and Trump is not under their controlling thumb.

When I mentioned snark and grandstanding I meant from all sides. Without Trump I think the debate would be more useful to me. I think it would be more watchable. It would not be as entertaining to a mass audience, but I think it would be more substantive.

You have no problem with biased questions?

Amazing how all of a sudden so many ‘conservatives’ are siding with the liberal media.

Poor little Megyn Kelly - she has done nothing but bash him since the first debate. Get your facts straight. I wouldn’t do it either - nor would you.
