Birtherism vs. Murder: In Today’s Media World, Trump’s Ruthlessness Is a Virtue
Breitbart's Big Journalism ^ | January 26, 2016 | John Nolte

Republican Donald Trump appeared on “Morning Joe” Tuesday morning, and with most polls showing the billionaire businessman pulling ahead in Iowa, Trump heeded the warning from conservative radio talk show host Mark Levin and pulled his punches against his closest rival Sen. Ted Cruz. Oh, wait, no he didn’t. What Trump really did was put on a pair of cleats and stomp on Cruz’s face. And it was glorious

I admire Mark Levin.

I admire Ted Cruz.

What I really admire, though, is utter ruthlessness in a presidential candidate, most especially in a 2016 Republican presidential candidate.

[...]

It’s the DC Media’s world, folks, we’re just living in it. And if we’re going to survive and prevail in this world, we must be ruthless — and Donald Trump checks that box like no other.

[...]

On top of his ruthlessness, Trump also does something we have not seen in the last two presidential cycles: he attacks Democrats every bit as hard as he attacks his fellow Republicans.

How refreshing would that be for a change?

He fights. That is Trumps best argument for representing our side.

I am a Cruz supporter, but I greatly admire Trump's willingness to throw punches at anyone who tries to mess with him. We need that.

Now if I could only trust him on Judicial appointments, I would be all in for Trump.

I don’t call hurling insults and lies at anyone who doesn’t support his candidacy “Fighting”. I call it on the emotional level of a 14 Year old “Mean Girl”.

You will never be able to trust Trump on judicial appointments. His appointments and decisions will all be governed by his own ego and self interests. You have his entire adult life as evidence of that.

You are familiar with how the New York media works? How Obama got into office?

A 14 year old "Mean Girl" approach is what works in modern America. Yes. Our country has become that childish.

You will never be able to trust Trump on judicial appointments. His appointments and decisions will all be governed by his own ego and self interests.

And this is why I am supporting Cruz. I think those Judicial appointments represent a great deal of the solution to the problems we are facing, and I don't believe Trump will appoint the right people. I think he will appoint typical liberal judges, of which there are far too many already in the system.

Trump shut up Bill Clinton.

He had the balls to go after Obama.

We need someone with guts fighting for us.

He thinks his pro-choice sister belongs on the court.

No question about it. I wish more people on our side had his kind of guts.

I know. I always think about that every time I think about a President Trump appointing judges.

Will he let conservatives pick the Judicial nominees? I don't know. I kinda think he will just accept whatever his staff hands him.

Will he pick conservative staff? I don't know.

You mean justices like John Roberts?

We can certain trust the guy who backed him all the way.

Right? I mean, he did the nation proud.

It’s just freaking laughable to read some of the tripe some folks are posting here.

Trump is blamed for every hick-up for thirty years, and Justice John Robers..., well, everyone deserves a mulligan.

I do not think Trump is the only guy to have fans, and he’s not the only one to do things we should trash.

This is why America needs Trump and what he is saying about the people entering the United States. (nothing in government is as it seems).

Cruz has two picks and neither of them was Roberts. Mike Luttig was his first choice. He only supported Roberts because he became the nominee.

Thank you for coming around to admit he supported Roberts. We agree. He did.

Now he wants me to trust him again.

Too
