David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of California were charged by the grand jury with tampering with a governmental record, which could carry a sentence of 20 years in prison, as well as a misdemeanor charge of purchasing or selling baby body parts.

Just so we all have this exactly right:

"Tampering with a governmental record" (ie: faking a drivers license) is punishable by a sentence of 20 years in prison.

Whereas murdering an unborn child, and conspiring to ILLEGALLY sell that unborn child's body parts which were being HARVESTED FOR PROFIT by PP is a misdemeanor.

It is fairly common practice for police to use fake IDs when working undercover. What’s the difference?

Good points. In addition, what are we going to do about all of those people that are tampering with government records? Are we going to “round them up?” That’s not fair to their children!

I’d wager that the vast majority of Illegal Aliens have “Tampered with Government records.”
