I can reload my 30-30 brass for about $.12-15 per round. (assuming cast lead bullets)

And they shoot well for that application. I have other calibers that are not practical to use cast bullets in. Longer range and faster loads.

Brass is expensive. Most cost between $.75-1.50 per round. But they can be reloaded.

Supply is better than it was 2 years ago. And I get specials from supplies weekly by email. I don’t shoot that much, but have enough.

Quite a difference in price!

So; as long as there is time, between battles, to reload; you should be in good shape.
