Copy and paste the “secure” document, remove the classification, repaste the document to an email, then send it to anybody you want to.
What I can’t figure out is why she would want to do that. Anybody or foreign government could get the classified stuff from her unsecured computer and server.

Not quite. There still had to be an extra step to transfer it from the SIPRNET to the non secure medium. Either the hard copy was scanned and sent via nonsecure means to her server, or the documents were rekeyed and emailed.
Either way, specific steps were taken to circumvent COMSEC... very clearly a criminal offense.

Her priority was to keep her ‘doings’ regarding the Clinton Foundation away from the eyes of Congress & FOIA requests. She also knew her server was hacked (unimpeachable source says it WAS hacked) and continued to use it. Protecting classified info was not her priority & it appears that it was barely a consideration - amassing millions via pay for play using her position as Secretary of State, was. This is what is turning up in the emails she deleted & why the FBI is going down the corruption road as well as the violations of the Espionage Act & had 150 agents investigating. The woman is a REPTILE - a cold blooded murderer & traitor, in it for herself, Bill & Chelsea. If Americans die in her pursuit of wealth & power, as she so famously stated “what difference does it make”.
