In one e-mail, Clinton pressured Sullivan to declassify cabled remarks by a foreign leader.
"Just e-mail it," Clinton snapped, to which Sullivan replied: "Trust me, I share your exasperation. But until ops converts it to the unclassified e-mail system, there is no physical way for me to e-mail it."
In another recently released e-mail, Clinton instructed Sullivan to convert a classified document into an unclassified e-mail attachment by scanning it into an unsecured computer and sending it to her without any classified markings. "Turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure," she ordered.
Top Secret/SCI e-mails received by Clinton include a 2012 staff Âe-mail sent to the then-secretary containing investigative data about Benghazi terrorist suspects wanted by the FBI and sourcing a regional security officer. They also include a 2011 message from Clinton's top aides that contains military intelligence from United States Africa Command gleaned from satellite images of troop movements in Libya, along with the travel and protection plans for Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was later killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi.
"Receiving Top Secret SAP intelligence outside secure channels is a mortal sin," said Chris Farrell, director of investigations for Judicial Watch, the Washington-based public law firm that has successfully sued State for Clinton's e-mails.
"A regular government employee would be crucified, and they are, routinely," added Farrell, who as a former Army counterintelligence agent investigated such violations.
The prosecution of former CIA Director David Petraeus for mishandling secret intelligence centered on a classified-information nondisclosure form he signed swearing to protect such information. Clinton signed the same agreement on Jan. 22, 2009.
As a result of Clinton's negligence, former Defense Secretary Robert Gates said in a recent interview he thinks "the odds are pretty high" that hostile foreign powers like Iran, China and Russia...

What amazes me about this...is that if you go back ten years ago....probably 2003-2004 era...you had laptop travel capability where you could plug in crypto device, sync up your laptop and get classified messages. A Secretary of State would have had one or two people traveling with her....to tote the laptop and gear.
But her entire intention....was to get the classified over unclassified means....then route it to Syd (who didn’t have a fed job or contract job with a clearance). You just sit there amazed over the entire intention of this text shuffle....adding at least an hour to cut-and-paste this....save off to some other computer and send onto her. She had no idea what she was doing...what she compromised...or who it affected.
The approach should be to go after the underlings with every charge and punishment in the books. Then, offer them a deal to turn state-s evidence against Hillary.
The times I was ordered, at corporations, to do things of a questionable nature I managed to get the instructions emailed to me. I printed them and took them home. These were the sorts of instructions that could get me fired but where not illegal. You can bet that her aides did the same or better. (A log book is possible in this case.)
Pretty apparent now that FBI will issue recommendation to indict to DOJ.
Then Obama has a big decision to make. I think Obama will have no choice but to allow AG to move forward with grand jury-put Hillary’s fate in the hands of the people.
If he doesn’t, if AG defies the law, then civil disobedience will be the result. Already happening in Oregon, and New York City this very moment. Action not to take up indictment may insure the election of Donald Trump.

What I wonder is if this has become “too big to jail”.
Meaning there are so many people who have clearly broken the law connected to Hillary’s handling of secret intelligence that in order to indict her they also have to indict a large number of other people. Her lawyer handled documents he had co clearance for among many others. So many that it may cause major problems. A good number of people at state knew Hillary didn’t have a secured Email server but just kept on sending things...
The requirements for security for TS/SCI/SAP information are far beyond that for TS. No devices for recording or relaying that data are allow. Printouts are logged and any attempts to access data and save it to CD or thumb drive etc. are also logged.
The only way these data were transmitted in the clear, even after scrubbing off the markings was to INTENTIONALLY violate nearly every handling and processing requirement.
IMO, the specific email exchange where a subordinate mentioned “problems” in getting the material processed was exactly those stringent requirements to stop it. Hillary essentially ordered the subordinate to remove the markings and send in the clear. IMO, she ORDERED her subordinate to break the law.

If hildabitchbutch weren’t one of the “made men” of the DC Mafia, she would have been in cuffs a year ago. I doubt that she will face and indictment {until we have a pubbie President, either Cruz or Trump will pull the trigger on her}.
The folks who cut-and-paste...sending the messages without any markers on them...they need to be brought in...and be told that they are permanently banned from any job with a security clearance involved (basically every single job with the State Dept, DoD, or Homeland Security). Some assessment of their training and lack of competency is necessary and I’d fine them something.
The server business needs to zero in on who signed the paperwork and paid the bills. It won’t be Hillary....I’m pretty sure about that. It’ll be hard to rig up jail time for it....but I’d ensure their clearances were permanently revoked and they’d never work for the gov’t again.
All of this is amateur behavior that I’d expect from some Banana-Republic. Every single e-mail that she got....went into the hands of the KGB. You have to laugh over trust that she had with this stuff. They know every single detail of her life.

Only thing I can think of is someone took a photo of their secure screen and sent it to Hillary.

Grant immunity to the peons for testifying for the prosecution. Start at the top with Hillary, then Huma and work your way down. After Hillary’s trial has begun, there will be another, even bigger fish to go after and that is the reason he is purchasing a residence in Dubai, no extradition treaty.
Hillary’s trial won’t take weeks or months, we will have years of Hillary on trial. The Clinton crime syndicate has hundreds of millions to back her up.
