A Conservative believes in smallest possible govt, low taxation and maximum individual responsibility. It’s that simple.

If it's that simple why throw the word around like it really means something??? Are there conservative and liberal positions on illegal aliens, war and peace, fair and unfair trade??? And the myriad of other issues???
