"You want to know who you are? Huh? You want to know who's son you are? You don't, I do, everybody does... you're the son of a thousand pygmies...!" --"Tuco," DeVito's other cousin, in "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," 1966 spaghetti western.

We elected a black President twice, and we are a racist country? How many European countries have had minorities elected to their top offices? This is ridiculous, and horribly divisive.

This cosmic guilt thing, holding the US up to some ideal that exists nowhere in the world, it’s not helping matters at all. This country has done more to break down barriers between races than any other. At some point, success or the lack of it has to begin being laid at the feet of the individual. It’s not all outside forces trying to hold anyone back.

The United States is the least racist country on the planet, and it’s not even close.
It’s also the country in which exploiting racism is the most lucrative.

Under some systems of communism, party members who had fallen out of favour with the nomenklatura were sometimes forced to undergo “self-criticism” sessions, producing either written or verbal statements detailing their ideological errors and affirming their renewed belief in the Party line.

Some of our worst critics in Europe hold very racist views themselves. Heck, some of our worst critics in the US hold very racist views themselves.

The whiners FAIL to understand that awards are given for acting not what color or what sex you are.
Nobody cars what a whiner thinks

Short people got no reason
Short people got no reason
Short people got no reason
To live
They got little hands
And little eyes
And they walk around
Tellin’ great big lies
They got little noses
And tiny little teeth
They wear platform shoes
On their nasty little feet
Well, I don’t want no short people
Don’t want no short people
Don’t want no short people
Round here

"His show has hardly been a vehicle to end racism."
Good point. I just checked the FX website for the regular cast of his show, and none of them are black.

Well, true. But I meant the actual content and characters of the show itself.
