Here is someone who will raise his hand and has an amazing theory that makes sense. What if everything we think we know is wrong?
http://www.wnd.com/2008/02/45838/

He says the earth produces oil naturally from the core and it is continually seeping up into pockets. That would mean God made an unending supply.

Any way you slice it Peak Oil was a fraud to stop the automobile as is Global Warming.

After being mesmerized with the process of capping the Deep Horizon blowout, it reinforced my opinion from high school earth science classes (68-71) and also from my knowledge of welding and manufacturing.

While watching the live feeds from the submersibles, seeing that flow of light brown stuff made me wonder in how fast it was flowing and what the pressures should have been at that depth (~2230 psi). Then in following the whole thing, the estimation that the pressure flow coming out of the hole was in the neighborhood of 7K at a drilled depth of about 35,000 feet.

Now, we go back to earth sciences and the fact that the mantle is what vents out to volcanoes and we know what comes out of them. What is the main byproduct of any smelting process besides the molten ores? Gases. I then considered gasses under pressure and the fact as they cool, they condensate and subsequently become more solid fluids such as steam when cooled becomes water.

So, we have a 7.1 earthquake in Alaska this morning and we know the plates are moving and shifting all the time with some sliding under and over others and with that, what was once on or near the surface millions of years ago is now being smelted in the mantle. And the cycle goes on.

Going back to the Deep Horizon, the reason for the light brown color of the flow coming out of the hole was that it was mostly natural gas because of the depth and also for what they were drilling for and not just focused on crude which explains why the predicted oil slicks did not materialize as all the experts predicted. Sure, there was some crude in that flow by by the volume over the time it was flowing free, not nearly what the doomsday experts had predicted and theorized about underwater mega-blobs running loose in the Gulf that nobody could find.

So, in short, I am on the renewable theory not because of any “scientific” evidence other than what my logic tells me. But as we all know, the scientists tell us we are all going to die because of AGW.

Actually using crude oil at all maybe unnecessary one day. Once again it all depends if
Roswell was real or not.
