All is well here in Anchorage, but it was long and bumpy and all sorts of different kinds of shaking! Some things fell off shelves, some drawers opened, a clock fell off he wall and it seemed to go on forever. Mom was sitting up and hanging onto the handrail by her bed.
Took me a while to figure out the steady bumping noise I could hear when I went to look around...it was shaking enough to make the 3 hanging light globes in the stairwell bump against each other. They usually sway, but this time they bumped into each other.
