This race is NOT over yet by a long shot. Iowa radio host Steve Deace tweeted a couple days ago that Cruz is going to win Iowa.
I heard today that Iowa caucuses might have a rule that if a candidate gets under 15% in a caucus, those voters have to switch to another candidate. That will only help Cruz. It would turn the race into a 2-man race by default, and polls show in a pure head-to-head vote between Cruz and Trump, Cruz wins.
Do Iowans really want to vote for a guy who bragged in his 2007 book about having sex with married women? If the facts are allowed to get out there about Trump and not suppressed by his fanatic, cult-like followers, Trump will lose this primary.
Cruz just keeps burning bridges and his supports are not fanatic or cult like. Why do Cruz supporters have to make these lies up?
Cruz needs Iowa badly. He spent a huge amount of time and money there knowing he has to get out of the gate. He Blew it BIG TIME. Beck will bring him down and small farmers are barely getting by and Cruz told them he will help in their destruction This in the corn belt.
The Iowa caucus presidential preference vote is a secret ballot, cast almost at the start of the meeting, before any real caucus business takes place. There are no do-overs. Attendees can vote for anyone the choose, without restriction.
