The Iowa caucus presidential preference vote is a secret ballot, cast almost at the start of the meeting, before any real caucus business takes place. There are no do-overs. Attendees can vote for anyone the choose, without restriction.

OK, it appears the 15% threshold is only done on the Democrat side.
