Anyone care to explain what the difference is between “deporting illegals and letting the good ones back in” verses amnesty?
Same result.
Touch-back amnesty is horrible unless Trump proposes it. Then it is the most awesome thing in the world!
I can’t believe some people do not understand such a simple concept.
1. We are importing over ONE MILLION NEW immigrants every year.
2. 90% of these NEW immigrants are low skills and low money.
Amnesty = granting pardon to those broke the law, which means never deporting them and giving them path to legal status as senator Cruz wanted.

When ALL illegals are deported, that is enforcing EXISTING law.
A small percentage of those illegals are actually BETTER than 90% of one million new immigrants we admit every year. So it makes sense to allow them to come back LEGALLY as part of the new immigrant crowd we admit every year.
Any illegal can leave and then apply to come back in legally. There is no law barring them from legal entry.
So all Trump is saying, let us not hurt the economy by permanently deporting those who are productive. And make them legal by deporting them first. Then we get to choose who we want back.
Not same result, moron. There is a difference between legal and illegal. That’s been Trump’s mantra since June 16th.
The good ones as in the ones that actually contribute to a good US economy. As in those that aren’t criminals and don’t mooch off the government.
One is called Amnesty and the other is called a banana.
No, I don’t think so.
deporting them and allowing SOME back thru legal immigration steps or a legal visa - is not the same as amnesty where all would never have left at all. It also sends a message that illegally coming will not be tolerated.
