The conservative writer who organized the big anti-Donald Trump manifesto out tonight, along with three of the writers who signed on, to explain why they do not want Trump as president and do not think he is a great vessel for conservative values.
National Review is running a huge anti-Trump manifesto available online later tonight, organized by editor Rich Lowry. The writers include Glenn Beck, conservative media watchdog Brent Bozell, Erick Erickson, Bill Kristol, Dana Loesch, Michael Medved, evangelical leader Russell Moore, former Attorney General Michael Mukasey, Katie Pavlich, John Podhoretz, and othersââfor a grand total of 22 major anti-Trump conservatives. -

I did say most, not all.
8 out of 20 is not great.
Erickson was a big Bush fan.
These are all old GOPe and RINO hacks, every one of them, who just can’t stand the prospect that the Republican Party is going to be destroyed by President Trump and they will be out of power.
Sowell I respect. But the younger ones are all careerists. There has been a big mainline GOP establishment money take over of conservative media. Follow the money.
The Establishment vrs Trump, eh?
But Burr, Hatch, Dole, McConnell have all pretty much said they can work with Trump and would choose him to stop Cruz because they know they can work with him to get the RINO deals done?
And again, trying to paint people like Loesch, Sowell, Bozell as “Establishment”? Um, ok.
Trump is not a conservative. It’s that simple.
It’s shameful that any part of the media be it right or left is so distraught at not getting their way that they throw objectivity out the window and openly conspire against a candidate.
It’s scary stuff when media uses their influence as a propaganda wing. I know, mainstream media does it but up until now, so-called conservative press refrained.
Thanks for the link. It wasn’t posted to YT yet so I didn’t get a chance to upload that. Is there 1 video with the full program now?
Conservative outrage for the bailouts? You mean the bailouts Donald Trump was on record as vocally supporting?
Conservative eggheads who’ve never stopped Obama from transforming the country are worried about.... Trump?
Frickin’ hilarious! That horse has fled the barn.
Good to know they’re spending more time attacking Trump than they are attacking Obama.
Conservative movement? What conservative movement? I didn’t know it even had a sign of life - or cared.
They are pitting the two bulls against each other.
No money in this fight,
I am a Ted Cruz girl.
Middle Americans are scared and no longer care about labels or affiliation. Ideology has been subordinated to what most Americans regard as a matter of survival.
So I guess I am not conservative either, if they are defining what it means to be conservative.
Will be interesting reading. I intend to read it all.
Cruz is the inorganic rock conservative, dubbed so by Chris S today. But then we all know that.
I think we’re not completely sure if he’s a conservative or not just yet. There are two things he could do to prove once and for all that he isn’t.
1. Win
2. Secure the border
how about this rogue’s list of committed conservatives:
Glenn Beck
Erick Erickson
Bill Kristol
Michael Medved
National Review is not worth kitty litter anymore nor is it worth whatever would be the cyber equivalent. Two days after the passing of the world’s foremost authority on the U.S. Constitution, and there has been no mention of it. Forrest McDonald was a great man and great friend of William F. Buckley. It is a shame to see how pathetic are the diaper babies that run NR these days.
Trump is the American Dream. Why do Beltway boobs fail to see this?
“It’s the immigration, stupid”
Because he threatens their power and place at the trough of significance...
I hear Medved daily since he broadcasts from my hometown, Seattle. He does not dislike Cruz, he absolutely and categorically HATES Cruz.
I am 100% sure if he is joining [take Trump down] gang, it is in the hope of helping one of the establishment RINO’s dismantle Cruz later.
If Pavlich has joined this gang, I am disappointed. Once Trump is gone, the establishment knows Cruz is much easier to take out, one on one.
There were 2 vids
No. The comment was where was Lowry and group to form a complaint about Obama policies and or the bailouts ? Most recently the outrage for the omnibus?
