I have a hard time with those transcripts. There is a difference between spoken ans written English and Rush needs to have the written version edited. I find them very hard to follow.

I realize there are some who have matters of principle motivating their rejection of Trump. I have no problem with that. Each of us have to do what we think is right.
But it's pretty much over. Granted, Trump could get caught committing armed robbery, and that would change the dynamics. But something like that isn't likely at this point.

A game I have stumbled upon is to talk to socialists, liberals, or moderate Republicans. I work the conversation around to saying “Ronald Reagan defeated the Soviet Union.” Then I give them my full attention and mentally record their response. It is never positive! It’s a fun game. Give it a try!
