Itâs very simple. If a man has no moral center, if he has ambition but no faith, if he does not demonstrate humility or integrity, I will never vote for him for president. I donât care who he is, what heâs done, what he says, or what positions he holds. None of that will matter when we are living under his tyranny, and tyranny is sure to follow when you give unspeakable power to a man who believes he is God.
Iâll put this another way: if you vote for a man who worships himself over God, you deserve the tyranny that happens next.
You deserve it because you chose it, just as the souls in Hell deserve Hell because they chose it. If you go to the ballot box and say, âI am going to do my part to put this self-absorbed pagan in charge of my nationâ you are directly consenting to the inevitable result. You are embracing it. You are literally asking for it.
I know this will not resonate with atheists, but for us God-fearing folk it is extraordinarily obvious and irrefutable that we ought to only vote for other God-fearing folk. John Adams said, âOur Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.â I think it goes without saying that if the governed ought to be moral and religious, certainly the governors ought to be the same, and arguably more so.

Also about the importance of seperation between church and state.
.....And BELIEVE!
A fiction.
So the state must be filled with godless men? Good luck with that.
Pro_29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

In what? Magic?
Faith in the Lord.
To support Godlessness? Good luck with that one too.
Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. -Isaiah 5:20
Liberty has responsibilities. Freedom has consequences.
I find it a bit strange how he says that too, although I suppose it could be just me.
Consider Hitler, he creafed the climate that turned the world to recognize Israel and Jews from around the world the motivation to move there.
Well that’s what the nuns’ taught me.
Let’s hope they weren’t affirmative action hires.
:-)
Do you think God anointed Hitler?
After. In doing some business dealings he had it appears that he has a purpose in running that benefits Trump.
After seeing some of the deals do not think he is solidly altruistic. He wants something and usually gets what he wants.
Just do not know.
Glenn Beck, a non-Christian. A Mormon, a cult started by a guy in the 1800 that wanted sex with multiple women and children. So, like Mad Mo who created islam for the same reasons, Joseph Smith created Mormon. (That said, I know many Mormons that do not follow the cult of Mormon and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.)
What would Glenn Beck know of Christianity??
Tyranny comes in many forms ya know.
“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
~C. S. Lewis
Hitler was Satans attempt to thwart Gods plan by eliminating the Jews before they could petition his return. Sarans plans are turned and used by God for his purposes and glory. ( so no, neither Hitler or Satan are anointed)
Remember the case of Job. Satan wanted to subject him to the loss of his children, his wealth, and his health to show God that Job would no longer praise God after these losses. However, Satan had to get His permission prior to inflicting the torments. This indicates that even bad events are done with God’s permission. Other Biblical passages demonstrate that God is omniscient. Even tyrants are part of God’s sovereign plan. We may not understand why, for instance, Russia was subjected to 70 years of Communist misery and cruelty. But we must trust in God’s plan and His perfect intent.
Nicely done.
This author has never read of the benevolent pagan kings Cyrus and Darius who restored the Jews to Jerusalem from exile in Babylonia, appointed governors from among them, gave them tax monies to rebuild their magnificent Temple and returned much of the bronze, silver and gold plunder that Nebuchadnezzar had stolen from Solomon’s Temple.
He’s probably never studied the book in which their names appear.
That’s an understatement! How do people like this function in real life?
