Those office building are empty because we have plenty around here along with the stores and shops that have closed down. Don’t care if the buildings are worth millions, if no one is in them using them then they are worthless to me. I am paying for the buildings and getting no rent back and clearly no one is expanding to buy them.

So, were they full last June?

My point is, that while business conditions may vary across the country, there is little to justify the collapse of the stock market. A well-run US office buildings REIT would contain properties in various locations, most of which are doing OK, while some are struggling. If anything, office vacancies nationwide are slightly down since June.
