...although factors like incentives and tax breaks for the company could be offered...the main trouble with Trump's cure-all of manipulating taxes on companies and other countries to get them to comply with his plans is that he does not have unilateral taxing power - it's up to Congress, particularly the House, to come up with revenue-raising measures such as taxes according to the Constitution - come to think of it, maybe Trump's main trouble is that he was to become better acquainted with the Constitution.....

Only loser Presidents go through Congress. Winners like Obama and Trump don’t need Congress to pass laws.
What an absolutely rube. I am afraid that if he gets elected, he will have to spend the transition time going to civics 101.
