Donald Trump, speaking to a religious crowd at Virginia's Liberty University on Monday, turned to scripture.
"We're going to protect Christianity. I can say that. I don't have to be politically correct," he said. "Two Corinthians, 3:17, that's the whole ballgame ... is that the one you like?"

I've never heard any believer refer to a second book of the Bible as "two". I've also never heard a believer refer to a verse as the whole ballgame.
I'll have to watch the video and see the context before making a conclusion.

Some allege Churchill may have even been rather marginally religious, if not outright atheist, but he knew he was protecting Judeo-Christian society.
We’re not electing a Pope here.

Personally, I don’t much care if he’s a studied up, true believer or not.
He’s willing to stand up and shove it in the face of the militant atheists. Saint or sinner, he’s jamming his thumb in the eye of the domestic enemy re: their constant attack on Christianity in this country.

When Donald Trump pretends to be a devout Christian, he is insulting our intelligence.

I had to check twice to make sure this story wasn’t satire.

Yes, he said two instead of second. If that is the best they have got, Trump is in good shape.
“2 Corinthians 3:17 King James Version (KJV)
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”

Trump pretending to be a Christian reminds me of Hillary pretending to have a southern accent.
The gullible will believe both.

Morally righteous hypocrites on parade this morning. I am sure none of you have ever made an error misquoting Scripture. If only one of you had stones.

2 Cor 3:17 is an odd reference to make in this context.
