If not, then he is AMERICAN by birth and a natural born citizen.

This is a GREEN LIGHT for one of Cruz’s GOP opponents to file an eligibility suit for access to the STATE ballot.

You’re exactly right. You are the nationality or race of what your father is. In Obama’s eyes he is black, although he’s as much white as he is black. His mother is white. How many times have you heard Rubio and Cruz be referred to as Cuban-Americans or hispanic? Cruz’s father is an hispanic Cuban, although his mother is Anglo-American. Frederick Douglas was the son of a white man and a black mother, but Frederick Douglas is the great black abolishonist. Halley Berry is black, although she’s half-white. Lenny Kravitz, Mariah Carey. We must rally behind the only conservative running: Ted Cruz.
Cruz would be an excellent AG or solicitor general of the US. I favor the latter because it sets him up very nicely to be on scotus. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s what TC wants. Crying shame. He would an exceptional scotus justice.
Americans will start to send letters and emails to the Secretary Of State of each state how Cruz cannot be added to State election ballot because he is ineligible. This is not over by a long shot.
