Donald Trump unloaded on Sen. Ted Cruz, saying, "I'd do the public a big favor" by suing Cruz over his eligibility to be president.

Appearing on ABC's "This Week" with George Stephanopoulos in an interview airing on Sunday, Trump also slammed Cruz over not disclosing loans from Goldman Sachs and Citibank, arguing, "He has a personal financial disclosure form where he didn't put down the banks and yet he criticizes the banks and he's gonna be Robin Hood and he's gonna take care of the banks."

Regarding Cruz's eligibility to be president, Trump said that there are "legal scholars that say as an example that Cruz has a real problem with his place of birth, and there are many people who are saying that right now, in fact, since I spoke to you the last time, he's been sued. And I told you he'd get sued."

Stephanopoulos then said, "But you know, the person who sued him probably doesn't have standing, a lot of legal scholars-." Trump interrupted, saying, "That's all right. There will be a lot of people who sue him who do have standing."

"Say you have standing, why don't you file the case," Stephanopoulos asked. Trump responded, "Oh that's an interesting case. Wow that sounds like a very good case. I'd do the public a big favor."

Asked if he would sue Cruz, Trump said, "You know it's so interesting with Ted. He was so nice to me and I kept saying, he's not a nice guy, you know he was nice, he wanted to go on the wake, right? So nice, so nice, so nice, when is going to happen? Well it happen during the debate because he lied about the polls, because I was going up...

Rubio is not an anchor baby. His parents came here as legal immigrants and were granted permanent residency. They weren’t illegal aliens.

Cruz is in second place. He attacks Trump. If you want Trump to win, you attack Cruz and any other contender.

Nobody ever defended anything successfully, there is only attack and attack and attack some more.

“His parents came here as legal immigrants”

From Cuba? Not likely.

“After 2008, 2012 and now 2016 the NBC Question needs to be answered by a court.

Trump is on the right track.”

I for one would like the NBC issue to be settled once and for all with a clear, concise explanation.

Where was Trump when we needed him on the present illegal Alien occupier of the ‘White Hut’?

Y’all, I know what you’re saying, but please don’t stay home. Just leave the top of the ballot blank if Trump is the nominee. The down-ballot folks need you to vote.

Yet more duplicity from the liberal known as Donald Trump.

Trump: "I hear it was checked out by every attorney and every which way and I understand Ted is in fine shape,"
flip flop

Here's another.

There’s a cloud over Ted Cruz’s head. More than one. It’s starting to look like 2008 all over again.

Your point?

BTW, you’ve misspelled Ms. von Savant’s name in your tagline. Might want to look into correcting that.

True. I will vote for a few way down the ballot. I will not vote for a spineless liberal establishment GOP for Senate or House and I refuse to vote for a conman liberal Democrat like Trump for President.

"One of the reasons I like Ted Cruz so much, is that he's not controversial." - Donald Trump

That was a joke. The crowd roared with laughter when he delivered the line.
