Putnam and Briem faded away, and Medvid and Hewitt slid ever more moderate or in some cases out and out Leftist. Hewitt is basically a schmuck. Medvid would make a great GOPe mouth-piece.

Although I have no clue who Putnam and Briem are/were, you are sure spot on with the later TWO. I have written my local station - which also carried Levin - asking them to dumb both of these clowns. Hewitt is the biggest GOP-e supporter I can even think of. Meds campaigned for Jimah Carter and that is all one needs to know - he is in the closet now.

Putnam and Breem were both big during the Clinton years, delving into it and bringing people to the region for presentations.

They both did a great job on a spectrum of issues.
