Trump saying he’d talk to Ted about it is a very, very good sign. I REALLY, REALLY hope they are together on this, and that Cruz pleads - at least in part - that Obama being POTUS even after the HI state registrar indirectly confirmed that Obama’s HI BC is legally non-valid sets a precedent for a foreign-born person to be POTUS. And I hope Trump’s lawyer cedes that point, meaning that the judge has to accept it as fact unless he does something to bring the actual evidence into court. Discovery on that will be SWEET - as long as Loretta Fuddy doesn’t tell the regime thugs who needs to be “eliminated”...

There isn't any way to do that. Keep in mind that States elect Presidents - not citizens. So this cannot be settled until either a State puts Cruz's name on a ballot, or a State refuses to put Cruz's name on a ballot. It is how judicial law works. Cruz knows this. Grayson knows it, too. The only one ignorant of this is Donald Trump.
