So I was thinking Bush-Rove would sue Cruz if he wins Iowa but now it looks like Trump might sue Cruz before Iowa.
Cruz should have never let things get this far.

GS asked the question and Trump said it might be a good idea, since he has standing. We’re all better off if the issue is resolved before the nomination. One would think Senator Cruz would want that, too, especially since he’s a conservative who respects the rule of law and Constitutional governance.

I would think that Trump does have standing. Cruz is possibly running a fraudulent campaign that Trump is running for the same position. I hope Trump sues. This will finally rid us of a horrible candidate in Cruz.
To: DaveyB
If Trump sues Cruz, Bush-Rove will sue Cruz, too. Trump and Bush-Rove are playing for keeps and Cruz should have been addressed this problem earlier. That's why I think Bush-Rove are still betting on a brokered convention given Cruz's eligibility question.
If Cruz is ruled ineligible, who gets his delegates?

He’d have done us a big favor by suing Obama about *his* eligibility. Yet, of course, it served no purpose for Trump so he wouldn’t have pursued the issue.

Ted Cruz has put us in this position, not Donald Trump.

He says he'll talk to Ted about it and see how he would feel about it??? What "hey Ted, was wondering if you would mind if I sue you???? But I mean with a real lawsuit... not a play suit????"

Bud,
It is the American People who deserve an answer on Cruz’s possible fraudulent campaign. We deserve to know and it really isn’t a conservative or liberal problem. It is an American problem.
Trump 2016
To: jimbo123
May let it fly. You know Trump would put together an A Team of legal eagles.
To: jimbo123
I’d love to see Trump do this. Risky though, it could be perceived as a fool’s errand if it goes the wrong way, or winning on a technicality if it goes the right way.

The Donald is all anyone is talking about, writing about, reading about, posting about and tweeting about.

The ONLY way the issue will be "resolved" and "cleared up" to the satisfaction of Trump supporters will be if Cruz drops out and mindlessly throws his support behind Trump. Anything short of that, and numerous pro-Trump conspiracy theorists will continue to post "evidence" on the internet that Cruz is "ineligible" and "not a natural born citizen", regardless of what anyone else says or does on the matter.

Bush will have standing, too.
Bush-Rove will sue too because you can bet Justice Roberts will rule Cruz ineligible and Bush-Rove will find a way to steal Cruz's delegates at a brokered convention.

-”Say you have standing, why don’t you file the case,” Stephanopoulos asked. Trump responded, “Oh that’s an interesting case. Wow that sounds like a very good case. I’d do the public a big favor.”
Why don’t we vote for the democrat media whore Stephanopoulos to be president instead of the dumb democrat media whore?
