Challenges based on eligibility always name the winner as the defendant. I believe any loser (on the ballot) has a right to challenge the results based on qualifications.

Bear in mind thatthe GOP convention is a self-contained tribnal. It too can find Cruz unqualified.

There is a case to be made that Cruz was an intentional foil to get designated-loser Jeb the nomination.

There are zero pollsters worth the salt in one of those fast food packages. Once again very speculative, hypothetical. How many polls got the 2012 election wrong? The only one to get it right was Nate Silver. Theres a reason we have elections and not do everything by telephone/internet polling.

The only poll that counts is the one on election/primary/caucus day.
